1:1 Personal Fitness Training:

60-minute sessions focussing on optimising you’re your body, mind and performance. No matter what your goal you will get:

  • Completely comprehensive 60-minute 1:1 training sessions with all kit provided at a location you specify.  Just turn up and give me 100%
  • Totally flexible sessions- I often run and cycle with clients during training rather than always standing, watching and giving out orders
  • Functional and specific training to improve performance using innovative and state of the art techniques and equipment
  • A personal exercise program designed to supplement your 1:1 sessions by guiding you through a workout you can do at home or wherever you need it 
  • A range of fitness assessments from body fat%, upper and lower body width measurements, V02 max, speed, flexibility and strength tests
  • Food diary annotation and nutritional advice
  • Support for you whenever you need it at the end of the phone or via email
 

Group Personal Training (up to 5 people):

60 minute group sessions designed to give near 1:1 support but save you cash by spreading the cost:

  • Completely comprehensive 60-minute group training sessions with all kit provided at a location you specify.  Just turn up and give me 100%
  • Totally flexible sessions- no matter what fitness level or ability I can adapt exercises for you to make sure everyone gets the most effective workout
  • If you have a group of mates that want to train with you in a more focussed session than a class but a more affordable option than 1:1 this is ideal for you
  • Functional and specific training to improve performance using innovative and state of the art techniques and equipment
  • A personal exercise program designed to supplement your group sessions by guiding you through a workout you can do at home or wherever you need it 
  • A range of fitness assessments from body fat%, upper and lower body width measurements, V02 max, speed, flexibility and strength tests
  • Food diary annotation and nutritional advice
  • Support for you whenever you need it at the end of the phone or via email
 

Triathlon, Duathlon & Quadrathlon Training:

Looking to attempt your first organised event or beat your time from the last? You could benefit from specific performance training by learning effective transition techniques and brick training to boost you up the field.  Mixed discipline events are different and aren’t necessarily swim, bike and run so this is not exclusive to the above. The package includes:

  • Completely comprehensive 60-minute 1:1 training sessions with all kit provided at a location you specify.  Just turn up.
  • Totally sport specific sessions- After all, you are training for an event so specificity is a key training principal to follow
  • Functional training to improve performance using innovative and state of the art techniques and equipment
  • A personal exercise program designed to supplement your 1:1 sessions by guiding you through a workout you can do at home or wherever you need it 
  • A range of fitness assessments from body fat%, upper and lower body width measurements, V02 max, speed, flexibility and strength tests
  • Food diary annotation and nutritional advice
  • Support for you whenever you need it at the end of the phone or email
 

Personal exercise program:

If you are a regular and experienced fitness fan then I can provide you with a periodized training program.  Tailored around your goal, training environment and timescale, you will be given tools you need to train more effectively.  Once the program is set you are advised to revisit the program with me to tweak and adjust it as you progress towards your goal.  You will get a pack containing:

  • Training programs with visual aids
  • Explanations of exercise techniques
  • Nutrition advice if needed
  • Training diary to update in line with the plan
