45-60 minute group sessions designed to give near 1:1 support but save you cash by spreading the cost:

Totally flexible sessions- no matter what fitness level or ability I can adapt exercises for you to make sure everyone gets the most effective workout
If you have a group of mates that want to train with you in a more focussed session than a class but a more affordable option than 1:1 this is ideal for you

Training Program Design:
If you are a regular and experienced fitness fan then I can provide you with a periodized training program. Tailored around your goal, training environment and timescale, you will be given tools you need to train more effectively. Once the program is set you are advised to revisit the program with me to tweak and adjust it as you progress towards your goal. You will get a pack containing:
Training programs with visual aids
Explanations of exercise techniques
Nutrition advice if needed
Training diary to update in line with the plan
