Introduction

I'm a personal trainer based in Twickenham, South-West London, I have 10 years worth of experience and cater for all sports as I'm a keen cricketer, cyclist and runner, but am dabbling in skiing, surfing and triathlon. I have completed many events from London to Paris cycles, half marathons and trail runs, I love the buzz you get when you cross the line.

Simply fun to work with, easy to to get on with and great with people.

My biggest attribute is my ability to build relationships with people and my intuitive nature allows me to read mood and body language well to bring out the best in clients during their sessions. Having taught in further education in the past, I have been able to learn how to communicate and feedback effectively, which is a vital part of the working relationship between client and trainer. I believe in being professional, trustworthy, approachable, reliable and motivating and I pride myself on my client care skills. 

 

My Philosophy

I don’t want to blind you with science and bore you with sales talk; I simply want you to get the best out of yourself and your training. I have a decade of experience and have worked with people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Clients I have trained with have always stated that they have never worked so hard, so effectively or so well than when they have worked with me. I want you to reach your goals and I will do everything in my power to help. If you can incorporate everyday movement patterns into exercise you will increase performance and avoid injury.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is watching clients achieve goals, break barriers and grow in confidence and performance. I want to see you learn from your training with me so you can make changes in your lifestyle for the better. I aspired to be a Personal Trainer and studied BSc Sport Science focussing on strength and conditioning, coaching, sports injury, and sociology, I look to combine all of the skills I learnt at university and early in my career to provide you with a great training plan that will help you reach your goals.
